leaving a long tail for sewing.
Sew the beard and mustache on the head as shown.
Jacket
For the jacket I use yarn Nako Solare 380m\100g cotton 100% and hook 1,75mm (the same one I
used for making the toy).
Work with red colour

Connect yarn to the skipped loop of 8 row and make sleeve:

Cut the yarn, weave in the end
Sew a button onto the jacket on the side opposite the button hole.
Embroider the buckle with yellow thread.
Christmas sock:
Work in a spiral with red colour
1 – 6sc in mr

Change to red colour

19-22 (4 rounds) – alternate bphdc and fphdc to the end of the row
At the end of round 22 make chain 12, sl st in next st of round 22. Cut the yarn, weave in the end
Heel:
Join red colour yarn to the second st of round 13, make:
1 – 10sc, dec3 (sc3tog), 10sc (dec3) (22)
2 – skip 1sc, 8sc, dec3, 8sc, dec (18)
3 – skip 1sc, 6sc, dec3, 6sc, dec (14)

Candy
Work in a spiral with white color
1 – 6sc in mr
Alternate 3sc (red colour), 3sc(white colour)

Then we continue working in a circle. There is no need to count the rows anymore. Make the piece
big enough to suit the toy. The one I made is about 7-8cm (3,14 inch) long.
Stuff the piece as you go (not too firm).
Make the last row using the red colour.

Leave a long tail of red thread and shape the face of the toy. Make several stitches, approximately to
the middle of the piece and back, pull, and shape it to form as needed.
