Rows 10-17: 12 sc
To ensure that the row of the foot closure is
located above the Desavki in the 9th row, if
necessary, knit 1-2 offset loops.
We stuff the bottom of the paws. Fold it
in half and knit both sides together. We
fasten the thread and cut it. We will tie
the paws.
Now take light green
thread No.
29, turn the paws “palm-wise” away from
you and tie 3 rows across the
remaining front half-loops.

We knit with green yarn, No. 69

Fasten the thread and cut it.
The nose is slightly twitched. You can do
it now, you can do it later. We will tie him
up.

We fill the spout lightly with the Magic ring, if we haven’t filled it before.

Rows 21-30: 78 sc

If you are using eyes on a secure mount, then install them at this stage. Between rows 17 and 18 . Between installation locations 6-8 sc. I have 7 sc. Center the eyes relative to the nose.

Take felt circles. Carefully, so that there is no wrinkle left, fold it in half and make small cuts, moving it slightly from the center to the edge.

We turn the circles and make perpendicular cuts (the result is a crisscross pattern).

We insert eyes into them and secure them in the canvas. Later, after making the tightening, the felt can be carefully fixed with glue.

  • Row: (11 sc, Dec)*6 = 72
  • Row: (7 sc, Dec)*8 = 64
  • Row: (6 sc, Dec)*8 = 56
  • Row: (5 sc, Dec)*8 = 48
  • Row: (4 sc, Dec)*8 = 40
  • Row: (3 sc, Dec)*8 = 32
  • Row: (2 sc, Dec)*8 = 24

We fill the head tightly, but without unnecessary zeal

Keep in mind that there will be tension. We fasten the thread and put it inside.

Lower legs

We knit in green yarn, No. 69

  1. row: 6 scв MAGİC RING
  2. Row: 6 Inc= 12
  3. row: (1 sc, ınc)*6 = 18
  4. row: 18 sc behind the back half loops

Rows 5-10: 18 sc

  1. row: (2 sc, inc)*6 = 24
  2. row: 24 sc

We fasten the thread on the first leg and cut it.

We will also cut this thread on the second leg. But first, let’s fill the paws with filler and tie 4 rows of light green thread No. 29 in half loops. We keep the details with the sole away from us. We will tie the remaining ends together and with everything inside.

We connect the same light green color No. 29 to the second leg and begin to knit the body. The junction of the paws is their last loops of 12 rows.

Body

We knit in light green yarn, no.29

We stuff the body tightly, during the knitting process.

We knit a chain of 3 chs, connect the paws 1st row: 24 sc along the first leg, 3 sc along the chain of ch, 24 sc in the second leg, 3 sc along the chain of ch = 54

We fasten and tie all the ends, put a marker thread and continue knitting.

  • row: (8 sc, inc)*6 = 60
  • row: 60 sc
  • row: (9 sc, inc)*6 = 66

Change the color to 69

5th row: 66 sc

  4. row: 42 sc

Change the color to 69

  • Row: (5 sc, Dec)*6 = 36

Change the color to 29 21-23 row: 36sc

In the 24th row we will knit the upper legs. Stuff the main part of the body quite tightly, but not completely. Leave about 1 cm so that when knitting the legs you will feel comfortable and the filler will not fall between the posts. We divide the knitting places strictly on the sides: 6 sc together with the paws, 12 sc between them. Taking into account my offset, I ended up with this:

Row 24: 8 sc, 6 sc with foot, 12 sc, 6 sc with foot, 4 sc = 36

Change the color to 69

  • row: 36 sc
  • Row: (4 sc, Dec)*6 = 30
  • Row: (3 sc, Dec)*6 = 24

We knit a few more stitches (I got 1 sc and sl-st in the next loop) and fasten the thread at the back in the center of the back. Leave about 50 cm to fill the head. Remove the marker thread. We stuff the part tightly until the end. When sewing the head, do not forget to tuck the filler into the neck. For convenience, you can fix the head to the body with a knitting needle.

Weight Magic ring

Let’s form the mouth and eye sockets using a drawstring. Mark 6 points on the muzzle with pins.

Let’s focus on the middle of the muzzle. This can be done conveniently by placing the thread, knitting needle or needle down from the center of the nose. Place marks between rows 29 and 30. Between pins 2 sc.

Between the 18th and 19th rows we mark 4 more points from the outer and inner corners of the eyes. From the inner corners, this is the beginning and end of the knitted spout. Between internal and external points 2 sc.

Insert the needle into point 1, leaving the end threads are about 25-30 cm, we bring them out at point 2. Next to point 3, output at point 6.

We put the thread so that it is under the eye and the felt circle, pull it together, and tie it with 2 knots. Without cutting the thread, enter at point 6, output at point 5, then to point 4, draw at point 1. Tighten, tie with a couple of knots. We put the threads inside the head. The last knot and the places where the threads enter and exit can be carefully lubricated with universal translucent glue. I have a “Crystal Moment”.

Lower Deca

We knit in green yarn, No. 69

Leave a piece of thread about 30 cm, cast it in MAGİC RİNG6 sc, tighten it.

Leave a length of about 40-45 cm, cut the thread. We got a part close in shape to a semicircle. Incrementally measure the part, fasten it at a distance of 2-3 rows down from the mouth tightening.

We fix the middle of the area slightly below the edges. When sewing, the thread tension should be moderate. Don’t tighten too much. We bring the middle thread to the back of the head (to the KA) and back through any adjacent column. I threw a small stitch from the center of the ring through the row to the inside of the head. You can repeat it again. We make the stitch tightly, but do not tighten it. The thread is placed inside the head with several tangling stitches.

Using the second piece of thread, we fix both edges of the frame. We make stitches up and back. We bring it to the place where the nose is tied (between 18 and 19 rows). Thanks to the drawstrings, they will be invisible there.

Carapace

We start knitting from the upper (front) part, orange yarn No. 85

  1. row: 6 scв MAGİC RING

We fasten the thread and cut it.

We knit the inner part of the shell with orange yarn No. 85

  1. row: 6 scв MAGİC RING
  2. Row: 6 Inc= 12
  3. row: (ınc, 1 sc)*6 = 18
  4. row: (2 sc, inc)*6 = 24
  5. row: (ınc, 3 sc)*6 = 30
  6. row: (2 sc, ınc, 2 sc)*6 = 36

  8. row: (6 sc, inc)*6 = 48
  9. row: (ınc, 7 sc)*6 = 54
  10. row: (2 sc, ınc, 6 sc)*6 = 60
  11. row: (4 sc, ınc, 5 sc)*6 = 66
  12. row: (6 sc, ınc, 4 sc)*6 = 72

We do not break the thread, we put both parts of the shell        together with the right sides facing out and knit them together with single crochets.

Before closing, don’t forget to stuff the shell. We stuff it lightly , just so that the part holds its shape.

The edge can be further processed by knitting another row in a crawfish step.

Now let’s tie the straps. The shell will be removable.

We will knit the straps for the 11th row. Let’s mark 8 points along the 11th row. 3 stitches for the straps, 13 stitches on top and bottom between the straps, 14 stitches on the sides.

Let’s start knitting straight from the shell. We hook the first 3 posts of the Magic ring in the marked places and knit the strap in turning rows behind the back walls of the half-loops to the required length. U

I got 13 cm. Before cutting the thread, leave a small margin. Fix the last loop temporarily. We knit two straps on top. Before finally securing them and tying the remaining ends of the threads inside the part, measure the shell on the turtle.

We cross the straps and knit them with single crochets in the marked places below.

Panama

We knit NOT TIGHT, from top to bottom, with ticks. Consider your knitting density. You may need a larger hook number.

Try on the Panama hat during the knitting process, adjust the desired depth at your discretion.

I changed the colors, you can knit plain, section-dyed or melange knit.
