Change to white yarn (shirt).

Add stuffing as you go.

Change to brown yarn (body).

Cut and hide brown yarn. 

12-14: 12 sc (3 rounds) 

Change to white yarn, cut and hide blue yarn. 

15: 12 sc

Finish with sl st, close the hole, secure and hide the yarn. 

Sew the arms to the body. 

NOSE 

Using brown yarn. 

1: 6 sc in MR 

2: 6 inc (12) 

3: (sc, inc) x 6 (18) 

4: 18 sc 

Add a white spot on the nose in the next rows. 

5-7: 6 sc (brown), 5 sc (white), 7 sc (brown) (3 rounds). 

Finish, leaving a tail for sewing. 

Sew the nose to the head, adding stuffing. The white part of the nose should be on top. The author makes a small indentation on the nose, optionally done with black thread (embroidery floss). Then embroider or glue the nose.

Add brown yarn and alternate with white as with the arms and legs.

Cut and hide white yarn. 

9-10: 15 sc (2 rounds) 

11: (3 sc, dec) x 3 (12) 

12: 12 sc 

13: (2 sc, dec) x 3 (9)

Fold the edges together, crochet 3 sc. 

Leave a tail for sewing, attach the tail to the body. 

EYES AND FINISHING TOUCHES 

Attach or embroider the eyes and eyebrows. Separate the fingers on the limbs with black thread (embroidery floss), with the author doing 5 fingers while the original has 4. 

MASK 

The author’s mask is crocheted in one piece, fitting over the head, or it can be made as glasses (like the original), with the former being easier to attach.
